2. Petitioner retired as Headmaster from Sharda Pathshala, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur with effect from 31.08.2007. The matter was heard by Lok Adalat and the dispute was settled with a direction to pay the gratuity amount along with statutory interest to the petitioner within eight weeks vide award dated 12.07.2014.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ application stating therein that although in pursuance to the award of the Lok Adalat Rs. 2,54,967=00 was sanctioned vide Memo No. 364 dated 19.03.2018, but still the amount along with statutory interest has not been credited in his account.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 6 stating in paragraph 6 that the bill for Rs. 2, 54,967=00 has been prepared and sent to the treasury vide bill No. 98 of the year 2018-19 submitted to the Treasury, Bhagalpur on 26.03.2019.

5. Considering the averments made in paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit, this writ application is disposed of. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Rajesh/- U
