The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the criminals stopped the vehicle but in the meantime the police came there and one Sonelal was caught. Sonelal disclosed the name of the petitioner and others. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner is in jail since 14.03.2014, but he has not been put on test identification parade. Similarly situated co-accused Surendra Rai, Gajendra Sahani @ Gajendra have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
