JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the State.

Petitioners are claiming that they worked in the NonFormal Education Scheme and they are entitled for absorption in the light of the decision of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2010, which was affirmed by Letters Patent Appeal Bench in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011.

In view of the above the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.547 of 2018 (2) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 petitioners and if it is found that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2010, which was affirmed by Letters Patent Appeal Bench in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011, similar benefit should be extended to the petitioners. Final decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of four months, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations, this application stands disposed off.
