The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from their possession. Their name surfaced in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Dinesh Sahni. Save and except confession, the police did not collect any further evidence against them. Although, the petitioners have been in jail since 25.5.2015, but they have not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42045 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P. S. Case No. 136 of 2014.
