The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant lodged the case for robbery against unknown but the informant in his further statement disclosed that accused persons were calling the name of accused Chandan and Vikash. The petitioners were apprehended on 01.07.2015 but they have not been put in T.I. parade. Nothing has been recovered from their possession.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41938 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2015.
