The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Uma Chouhdary. Save and except the confession there is no other material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.02.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade. Co-accused Uma Choudhary and Sanjay Choudhary have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
