The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are named in the FIR on the basis of disclosure made by Vinod Bhuiyan who was caught while fleeing away after committing theft. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 01.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42579 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati P.S. Case No. 288 of 2014.
