JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in Road side dacoity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Abdhesh Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019, yet he has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody since 25.07.2019, yet he has not been put on T.I.P., the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8124 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019.
