Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B,201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2019.

Submission is that only charges have been framed and the trial is still at the initial stage of prosecution evidence. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Learned counsel for the informant as well as the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

No.17830 of 2021(3) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.36 of 2020 arising out of Telhara Police Station Case No.57 of 2019 corresponding to C.I.S.No.32 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
