The petitioner seeks bail in Tekari (Mau) P.S. Case no. 209/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Mritunjay Kumar @ Tinku, Bittu Kumar and others were apprehended and from their possession arms and ammunitions were recovered. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by the apprehended accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
