JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appeal against the order dated 09.09.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Jehanabad, to the extent the license of the petitioner has been cancelled.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the appellate authority shall
