JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 06-04-2018 From the fact that the defects pointed by the office since 13.10.2017 have not been removed, there is an inordinate unexplained delay of more than 2 years and 156 days in filing of this appeal. After perusing the averments made in I.A. No.7263 of 2017, we find that no justifiable reason has been assigned for the delay. Even if the petitioner is said have been ill and confined to
