Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that when the petitioner was arrested in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014, his confessional statement was recorded and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. So far as recovery of looted money is concerned; the same has been recovered on the basis of disclosure, made by coaccused. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42668 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tandwa P.S.
