JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-11-2017 Heard Mr. Shankar Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner was transferred intra-district yet it did not satisfy and he came before this Court in CWJC No.4673 of 2016 and a coordinate Bench of this Court without interfering with the transfer order required the District Magistrate, Siwan to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order and whereafter the impugned order bearing Memo No.838 dated 22.9.2017 has been passed and exhaustively dealing with the issues raised and in the opinion of the District Magistrate, Siwan, it is only on completion of 3 years on the present place of posting that the petitioner can seek any transfer.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14879 of 2017 dt.16-11-2017 Having heard Mr. Shankar Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and considering that it is intra-district transfer coupled with the reasons assigned by the District Magistrate, Siwan, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence. The writ petition is disposed of.
