The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 474 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 341 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, where both parties appeared and agreed to live together and opposite party no. 2 was accompanied by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9734 of 2019(4) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 petitioner and both stayed together for about 15 days but when opposite party no. 2 come today in the Court, she refused to live with the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that opposite party no. 2 wants one time settlement.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 474 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
