Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named six persons and alleged that they fired killing her husband on the spot. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt in Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013 and on the basis of that confession, petitioner was remanded in the present case but no specific allegation is made against petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Pankaj Tiwary has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 35008 of 2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above

No.43892 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2013.
