Mr. Shivendra Kishore, Sr. Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 16-11-2017 There is a dispute within the family. The father of the present petitioner married a second time over. There is no clarity whether the second marriage was valid or invalid. However, there are two claimants for the benefit of post retiral dues of the late employee. One is the son from the first marriage and the other is the second wife. The University naturally cannot decide as to who the eligible claimant should be in such a background. Therefore, it is advisable that the person, who begets a succession certificate and declaration in his/her favour, will be entitled for dues from the University. Writ is disposed off with the above observation. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) sk U
