Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 681 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33/34/36 of the Excise Act. Two persons have died because of consuming spurious liquor and the name of the petitioner has come during the investigation.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
