In such circumstance, prayer on his behalf for re-evaluation of the answer-sheets cannot be entertained.

This application to the extent it relates to petitioner No. 1 is dismissed.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. It has been stated as regards petitioner No. 2 that upon scrutiny of the answer-sheets of the Physics

Patna High Court CWJC No.14669 of 2017 dt.01-12-2017 2/2 and Chemistry papers, no change has been found and therefore, no alteration has been made in the marks awarded to him. As regards petitioner No. 3, it has been stated that in Biology paper, upon scrutiny it has been found that she has scored 27 marks as against 10 marks shown in the mark-sheet and accordingly, alteration has been done. No change, however, has been found in the papers of Physics and Chemistry of petitioner No. 3.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, however, submitted that the marks awarded to them is much below their expectations. He has submitted that the facts can be revealed once the answer-sheets of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are produced before this Court by the Board.

There is no provision of re-evaluation of the answer-sheets. Such direction cannot be issued. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed.
