2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.C.B. Crime No. 08/024 corresponding to Special Case No. C2A-3/ 024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 22(B), 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1.25 kg of heroine was recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating articles has been recovered from his possession. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.11.2024. The petitioner

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery of heroine, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
