JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-10-2022 Dr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the impugned judgment the learned court below has directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 3000/- per month as maintenance to his old age father. Learned counsel submits that his father is residing with the petitioner. It is further submitted that order seems to have been passed directing the petitioner to pay the amount because the shop which belonged to the father of the petitioner came in the share of this petitioner. At last, learned counsel submits that his client would pay the amount as indicated in the impugned judgment.
