One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of petitioner no.1 and similarly, one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from possession of petitioner no.2 for which petitioners are in jail custody since 4.4.2015.

Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Khagaria in Sessions trial no. 181/2015 arising out of Khagaria Mufassil P.S. Case no. 207/2015.
