Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020, registered under Sections 307, 504, 506 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the arms Act.

The acquisition is that informant Binod Kuamr Karn being Incharge Circle Inspector of Gogri Circle, after finishing

In the way, three persons came on the bike from behind him and overtook his bike. At that time, the informant identified Pankaj Singh (petitioner) and Chano Yadav but he could not identify the person, who was driving the bike. At that time, the petitioner, Chano Yadav and another person fired through pistol but the same passed nearby the head of the informant. Thereafter, they again made firing, which hit at the waist of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14327 of 2020 by this Court with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in jail custody and the petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2020 and now the petitioner has completed more than one year in jail custody. In view of the order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 14327 of 2020, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria, in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020.
