2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and U/s 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim had eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge 7th Special Judge, POCSO, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 358 of 2023.
