The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case no. 274 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was thrice rejected. Report of the trial court reveals that two accused persons have filed discharge petition.

Considering the gravity of offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
