The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 1259 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act, 1957 has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-12 of the petition regarding the actual fact and submits that the petitioner innocently has been made accused in the present case. Earlier, the case diary was called for.
