The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 436 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12449 of 2010, but on account of illness he could not surrender in court in time. The petitioner is in jail since 07.08.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 11⁄2 months. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
