2. The present writ petition has been preferred for: for issuance of a writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14884 of 2017(3) dt.17-06-2025 2/2 Mandamus or any other writ or writs direction or directions to the respondents to leave their possession on the land, give permanent right over the land, compensation for 15 lacs due to demolishing of the 31.8.2017 room/setting aside the order dated 31.08.2017 passed by the Commissioner, Saran Division, chapra in the Land dispute case No.104/2014-15 (Annexure6) protecting their the life of the petitioners, including their families.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the Bihar Land Tribunal for the redressal of their grievance. However, the matter has remained pending and there may be issue of limitation.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna for the redressal of their grievance.

5. If the appropriate petition is preferred within eight weeks from today, the Tribunal shall take note of the fact that for eight years, the matter was pending before the Patna High Court while deciding the limitation petition.
