Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Excise Case No. 89 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Prosecution case relates to 9 liters foreign made liquor was recovered from open Varanda of the house of the petitioner. Local villagers and independent witnesses stated that this place belongs to the petitioner.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory
