The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged in her complaint petition that the petitioner is her neighbour and on the pretext of marriage love affairs developed and the petitioner established physical relationship with the complainant for more than two years, but later on the petitioner refused to marry with the complainant. The complainant disclosed her age to be 20 years. On the face it appears that the complainant was a consenting party. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44598 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Complaint Case No. 2208 of 2013, corresponding to Trial No. 2602 of 2014.
