Following relief(s) have been sought for by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3592 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2020 2/3 petitioner in the present writ application:

"For a direction to the authority concerned to make payment of the provident fund amount of the petitioner's husband to the petitioner with interest payable upon the same including penal interest of 18% per year from the date of his retirement from service i.e. 31-01-2015 and for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in law be granted to her".

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority for redressal of her grievance relating to post retiral benefits. Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is granted liberty to file/make a detail representation before the concerned authority for redressal of her grievance. In case, any such representation is filed/made by the petitioner before the concerned authority, the concerned authority shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation. The concerned authority shall be under obligation to make payment of admitted dues, if any, of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3592 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2020 3/3 petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
