2. The claim of the petitioner in the writ proceeding is for reimbursement of expenses incurred over his cancer treatment. The total expense claimed is Rs. 3,18,452/-.

3. The stand of the respondents in the supplementary counter affidavit being filed today is that they have paid him Rs. 2,59,959/- being an amount as per petitioner's entitlement having regard to the C.G.H.S. rates.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the remaining amount, he will approach the authorities, if there is any provision under which the same can be paid to him.

5. With such liberty, the writ application is disposed of.
