It would appear from the impugned order that except criminal antecedent as well as confessional statement, there is nothing against petitioner. The investigation of the case has already been completed and having similar allegation, some coaccused are enjoying the privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
