The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that on 31.10.2021 at about 5:00 PM while he was constructing his house, some bamboo inadvertently fell on the ground of the petitioner, on which the petitioner became angry and started abusing the informant and thereafter it is alleged that the accused persons, including the petitioners, came and started assaulting the informant with slaps and also took Rs. 2,000/- from the bag of the informant and fled.

No.7831 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have antecedent of two cases and have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the present occurrence took place on account of land dispute, further the informant has not suffered any injury.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 97 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
