1. On 19.06.2025, the Learned counsel for the petitioner sought for an adjournment and the matter was listed for today, as a last indulgence at his request.

2. The writ petition is filed to quash the eauction notice dated 12.10.2017 issued by respondent no. 2, the Regional Manager, Punjab National Bank, Gaya, by which 21.11.2017 was fixed for e-auction of the mortgaged assets of the petitioner, and to further direct the Bank to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17217 of 2017(3) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 consider the petitioner's application dated 26.12.2016 for restructuring of the loan account of the proprietorship. It is purely a civil dispute between the Bank and the petitioner, and the petitioner has an alternative remedy to challenge the same before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna. Without availing the said remedy, the present writ petition has been filed.
