2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 392 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS and Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the daughter of the informant with the intention of marriage, and abused her and also attempted to assault the

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the boy and girl were in love and they fled away for marriage. Fortunately, good sense prevailed over them and they returned on their own and statement of girl recorded under Section 183 of BNSS, wherein she stated that she had accompanied the petitioner for the purpose of marriage, but the marriage did not take place.
5. Pursuant to notice, the informant appeared through counsel and submitted before this Court that, with the intervention of well-wishers, the parties have compromised their dispute. It was further submitted that the case was lodged under a misconception.
6. Learned counsel appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
7. Considering the submissions of the parties and looking into the tender age of the petitioner and also statement of victim, let the petitioner named above be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each of the satisfaction of learned District
