The grievance of the petitioner is that a revised mark sheet was issued to the petitioner but the serial no. of the mark sheet is wrongly typed as 224 instead of 223. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation for correction of the error but no order has been passed nor corrected mark sheet has been issued.

Having considered the submissions, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.4, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2671 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Examination Controller, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law. If it is found that due to typing error, the serial number of the mark sheet has wrongly been typed, the same may be corrected and issued within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
