At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.04.2018, passed in CWJC No.7488 of 2018, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad has already passed a reasoned order dated 26.09.2019, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the same by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
