Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 313 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offence Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he physically exploited to the informant on the pretext of marriage. Petitioner has stated in para 11 of the bail petition that the petitioner has already married with the informant and both are living as husband and wife.

Considering the aforesaid statement of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7016 of 2019(3) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Jagdishpur Police Station Case No.461 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
