2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"I. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to determine and pay the amount of compensation
Patna High Court CWJC No.10925 of 2016(4) dt.10-11-2025 2/3 equal to the depreciation in the market value of the three plots of land which are no longer habitable after installation of Super Towers on each of them and erection of 132KV Super High Tension Over Head Transmission Line there on.
II. For issuance of appropriate direction or order to the Respondents to pay the amount within a definite time frame.
III. For issuance ace of direction to pay interest for the culpable delay at the current bank rate admissible on different classes of deposits (other than maintained in savings account) in accordance with provision made under section-2 of "The Interest Act, 1978" till the actual payment is made.
IV. For any other appropriate relief/reliefs as your lordships may deem fit and proper."
3. Mr. Anand Kr. Ojha, learned counsel representing the respondent submits that the petitioner/family have every opportunity to agitate the matter before an appropriate authority but so far as the writ petition is concerned, everything has been

4. This Court has gone through the counter-affidavit and has also found that the same was filed in the year 2018 after service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. At this Stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the heirs to agitate the matter before an appropriate authority.
6. Granting liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition as also the Interlocutory Application, if any, stand disposed of.
