Taking into consideration that two country-made Katta, 4 live cartridges as well as some empty cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and furthermore, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 14 cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Vijayipur P.S. Case No. 57/2015 pending in the Court of Ashish Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.
