The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Habib Mian and Md. Shamim. Save and except the confession, the investigating officer did not collect any further material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner was not even put on T.I.P. although he is in jail since 04.09.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
