JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and learned counsel appearing for the University. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to make payment of rupees one lac and twenty two thousand out of the fund allocated by the State Government.

In fact, with regard to the College, in question, in C.W.J.C. No. 6336 of 2014 a coordinate Bench of this Court has considered various aspects of the matter and noticing the vigilance enquiry in relation to use, misuse and abuse of the fund issued

Patna High Court CWJC No.11557 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 specific direction on 08.11.2017 with regard to payment and operation of the account.

In view of the above, no further order is needed to be passed. The interest of the petitioner stands protected under the order dated 08.11.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8336 of 2014 and, as such, the Court is not required to pass further order. The writ application stands disposed of in the light of the order dated 08.11.2017, passed in C.W.J.C.
