1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned 19th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram vide order dated 11.11.2022 passed in A.B.P. No.2351 of 2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.928

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that the present case belongs to the year 2011 and he has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.928 of 2011.
