Earlier bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 21.12.2011 but he voluntarily surrendered before the court below on 24.8.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that it is simple case of misuse of privilege of bail, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
