The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs rule of direction especially in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent for a direction to the respondent authority specially respondent no. 2 to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 201 of 201718 within reasonable time in accordance with law preferably a period of 3 (three) months pending in the court of learned Collector, Katihar (respondent no. 2) for substantial justice. Considering the relief as sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the respondent no. 2

Patna High Court CWJC No.3826 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 i.e., The District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Katihar is directed to dispose of Misc. Case No. 201 of 2017-18 preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
