JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-08-2016 Since the respondent authorities, as a matter of principle, have decided to cancel all deputation which had been allowed contrary to the rules, the reason for cancellation of deputation of the petitioner from the present place of posting, would naturally compel her to go to her original school. That is the background under which the Annexure-1 has come to be passed. Counsel for the petitioner submits that she is facing certain hardship and harassment at the hands of the son of principal of the original school in question for which she has made a complain as well as lodged cases.

From the materials on record and from the findings of enquiry, it is evident that it is the petitioner who is the mischief maker and she is trying to hold the school and headmistress to ransom by her conduct and behaviour. If this be so, she cannot be allowed to draw advantage of her own wrong.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9829 of 2016 dt.23-08-2016 The writ application is dismissed as Annexure-1 does not suffer from any illegality or vice.
