The petitioner has preferred the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, the husband of the informant was shot by the accused persons. It is state that on the informant reaching her husband, he disclosed the names of six accused persons as also three others who were involved in the occurrence.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name transpired in course of investigation in the confessional statement of coaccused Ramesh Kumar Yadav made before the police. No incriminating article has been recovered from the person or

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 1 year, this Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case no.172 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur (Partha Sarthy, J) Bibhash U
