The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Rajendra Paswan. Save and except the confession, the police did not collect any further material against the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. though he is in jail since 24.06.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
