The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of auction sale notice published in the daily newspaper "Dainik Bhaskar" dated 24.01.2018 for selling of the property of the petitioner's guarantors, who have mortgaged the property against the loan taken by the private respondent no. 4 as well as possession notice dated 26.07.2017.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2277 of 2018 dt.09-03-2018 2/2 states on instruction that the auction sale fixed for 5th March, 2018 has failed and hence, the present writ petition need not be pressed.
